About Me
Independent MIS Specialist & M&E Consultant
I'm an experienced MIS Specialist and Consultant with over a decade of expertise in data systems, project management, and Power BI development. I work at the intersection of program delivery, information systems, and M&E — helping NGOs and iNGOs move from fragmented tools and delayed reporting to systems that are clear, reliable, and sustainable in real field conditions.
I have a proven track record building tools and dashboards for large-scale grants funded by The Global Fund, European Commission, USAID/USG, and local donors — with deep familiarity with donor compliance requirements, reporting frameworks, and operational expectations.
Every engagement starts with context. I listen to field teams, program managers, and leadership, then design solutions that fit real constraints: staffing, connectivity, donor requirements, and timelines. All services are delivered through an agentic development approach — combining AI-assisted workflows, modern technology stacks, and iterative deployment to build faster and more cost-effective solutions.
Practical information architecture and workflow design for program delivery, from database structure to handover plans.
End-to-end frameworks connecting theory of change, indicator matrices, and reporting cycles to adaptive management.
Mobile and web tools such as KoboToolbox, ODK, and CommCare, with validation logic and automated pipelines.
Power BI dashboards and reporting products for leadership, program managers, and M&E teams.
Governance frameworks, quality assurance toolkits, and GDPR-aligned data protection policies.
Role-based workshops and coaching so teams can confidently manage systems after handover.
Context first. I start every engagement by understanding the organization's current workflows, constraints, and what “success” means for the teams using the system, not just for donors or leadership.
Practical over perfect. I design for real field conditions: low connectivity, mixed digital literacy, staff turnover, and shifting donor requirements. A simpler system that teams actually use beats a complex one that gathers dust.
Built to last without me. Every engagement ends with a clear handover: documentation, training, and ownership plans that reduce dependency and build internal capacity.
Sectors & regions. I've worked across Health, Education, Peacebuilding, Economic Development, and Livelihoods programs — primarily in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, with global remote engagements. Currently active with ASA Philippines Foundation and the Philippine Center for Islam and Democracy (PCID).
